The Thesis covers the development of formation the electromagnetic VHF field for the devices to irradiate dielectric loose materials that provides uniform processing of raw materials and high efficiency of energy absorption. Field formation methods within the chamber for dielectric loose materials processing were proposed and developed; these methods are based on multiple wave propagation providing condition for non-interferential interaction in order to secure high energy efficiency and field uniformity.
