Summary: Volume explanatory note is 100 pages, which includes 4 sections, 50 illustrations, 2 annexes and 48 names on the list of bibliographical references. Actual research questions of devices based on artificial carbon structures. The purpose of the study was to devices based on synthetic allotropic forms of carbon: modeling and analysis features. The existing signal processing devices, defined their advantages and disadvantages. Investigated the formation of the band diagrams of semiconductor superlattice. As a result of the analytical literature review, scientific, technical articles and electronic sources received opinion on devices that run on synthetic allotropic forms of carbon. The software that implements a mathematical model. Characteristics of typical devices and conducted their analysis.

Synthesis of frequency selective devices based on electromagnetic crystals

Summary: Statement of master’s thesis: 103 p., 37 fig., 4 tab., 2 applications, 25 sources. The object of study – devices based on electromagnetic crystals. Purpose – to study the synthesis filter algorithm based on electromagnetic crystals. Research method – impedance method and CAD modeling of microwave equipment. Today the highest efficiency filters for use in the microwave range (based on microstrip lines) with three-dimensional heterogeneity. They also can make the device more compact filtration through a combination of heterogeneity in one of several equivalent circuit elements prototype filter. Currently there are no strict solution synthesis problem for either individual or irregularities, especially for devices based on them. As a result of work performed impedance adaptation suited to the synthesis filter based on electromagnetic crystal. The simulation, which confirms the adequacy of the algorithm. Made forecasted assumption that the directions of further improving the efficiency of irregularities.

Two main areas: active triaxial orientation and methods of protection from cosmic factors. The objects of study of this master’s work is the space launch systems and protection of on-board equipment and radioelektronoyi of the spacecraft in outer environment. The purpose of the master’s work performance is choosing the most optimal method of satellite control and ensure functional safety of electronic means and space systems, including spacecraft that will increase the term of active existence created spacecraft from 10-20 years or more. As a result of the analytical literature review , scientific, technical articles and electronic sources received opinion on targeting systems , and methods to protect the satellite. Mathematical models of traffic control and the resulting value calculation protective surface protection systems of the satellite.

Subject of research — based three-dimensional antenna electromagnetically crystal irregularities. Purpose of work — the use of three-dimensional electromagnetic-crystal inhomogeneities in the structure of the antenna Wi-Fi range to improve performance antennas. Research methods – the method of finite integrals, numerical method of three-dimensional electromagnetic analysis method Periodic transmission line model method of lumped elements. The work was considered modern microstrip antenna solutions and structures that improve the characteristics of microstrip antennas, including two-dimensional and three-dimensional structure structure. Special attention is paid to the introduction of three-dimensional structures in antenna technology. Done and analyzed a mathematical model using three-dimensional antenna structures. The influence of the dependence of the effective dielectric constant of the material foundations of the characteristics of the antenna devices. The results of research allow to significantly improve the characteristics of antennas, namely, to significantly increase the coefficient of reflection, to extend the working bandwidth increase antenna gain and reduce its size. As this topic is very relevant today, the results of this study can be used in further research.

Subject of research — narrowband filters based on EC-inhomogeneities. Purpose of work — the usage of three-dimensional electromagnetocrystalline inhomogeneities in the structure of narrowband filters of Wi-Fi range. Research methods — the method of nonuniform transmission line, the method of finite integrals. In our work we analyzed such aspects as the traditional and modern microstrip solutions that improve the characteristics of frequency-selective microstrip devices, including the inhomogeneity in the ground layer (defected ground structure, DGS) and the conductor layer (defected microstrip structure, DMS). Special attention was paid to periodic microstrip radio structures. We also examined the building of the narrow-band filters based on these technologies. In our research we carried out the analysis of Wi-Fi technology and requirements for the filters construction in this range according to the international standards and typical analogs of Wi-Fi range filters. A single and three-dimensional computer models of narrow band filters based on Fabry-Pero models using EC-inhomogeneities were devised and their properties in a number of computer experiments were investigated. We analyzed the impact of the dependence of the effective dielectric constant of the material basis on the filter characteristics and showed the importance of its incorporation. The impact on the raid phases during races impedances in the structures of EC-filters was also studied and taken into consideration. The results can be used for the further scientific research and educational process in educational institutions of Ukraine.

Summary: A research object is a methods of transmission of picture and sound signals in systems of digital TV broadcasting. Research was carried out by using of materials, which were written by native and foreign scientists for a few last years. Systematized the impact of individual processes the signal image and sound quality of reproduction in the subscriber terminal. Try playing as a comparative depending on the parameters of image compression applied during the transmission of digital television signals, obtained experimental dependences that establish the link between subjective and objective methods of evaluating image quality of digital television. The results can be used in the educational process of training and retraining in the field of television broadcasting and transmission of digital multimedia content by means of telecommunications networks. Results can also be used during the planning and building and operation of digital television broadcasting networks.

The daily fetal monitoring of electrocardiogram during pregnancy

Summary: In this work examined the physiological parameters of fetal electrocardiogram and mother. The methods of diagnosis of the fetal heart and the existing definition of the parameters of the electrocardiogram. Propose a method of daily fetal monitoring that allows registration of the electrocardiogram of the fetus during the day, and the algorithm to extract fetal electrocardiogram signals from a mixture taken with abdominal findings. Investigated the method of blind source separation for extraction of the fetal electrocardiogram. The study simulated electrocardiogram signals the mother and fetus, which had suffered random noise, for further processing. A result of testing and calculation of error proved that the method of blind source separation gives better accuracy than adaptive.
