Discipline BST is included in the cycle of professional and practical training. Status credit module is optional for students. Credit module is taught in semester 5 of year 3 training.
The subject of the course: measuring transducers for converting the manifestations of the vital activity of biological object into electrical signals.
Interdisciplinary relations: "Higher Mathematics", "General Physics", "Electronic Devices", "Materials Science and Materials Electronics". Discipline BST provides the study of all without exception follow-up of subjects studied by students 7. 091002 "Biotechnical and Medical Apparatuses and Systems".
The goal of the credit module is to develop students' abilities:
- know the parameters of the manifestations of the functioning of the body to provide physiological experiment;
- to be able to formulate the requirements to the means of converting manifestations of the living body into electrical signals;
- to be able to optimally select the appropriate type of transducers to provide a physiological experiment.
