Academic discipline "Intelligent technology of electronic equipment production" provides training in electronics and telecommunications industries. Recent scientific advances in the field of artificial intelligence systems allow automation of production processes lead to a qualitatively new level. Along with robotic manufacturing systems, which are already used, the introduction of artificial intelligence in the management of production processes greatly enhances the technological systems. This symbiosis of automated production systems and elements of artificial intelligence called intelligent technology. Industrial complexes with elements of intelligent technologies can be found in a variety of industries, but it is obvious that the most widely used such complexes obtained in the production of high-precision radio-electronic devices and systems. In the discipline the main issues in the field of intelligent technologies in radio-apparatus building are regarded. The basics of artificial intelligence algorithms for their work in conjunction with a modern high-precision equipment are described. Means of simulation of intelligent systems and the possibility of intelligent control systems are considered. The purpose of discipline is to provide the students competence in basic theoretical aspects of intelligent automatic control of robotic industrial equipment for the manufacture of electronic means. Studying discipline is based on the knowledge gained by students in the study of the fundamental (higher mathematics, physics) and special disciplines, such as "Physical fundamentals of electronic devices"; "The element base of electronic devices"; "Analog and digital electronics"; "The theory of circuits and signals" and many others.
