Mathematical models of complicated barrier structures including crystal-like ones on basis of generalized impedance approach to simulation of wave structures, models of impedance delta-irregularities for one- and two-phase crystal-like structures have been developed. Modeling of typical barrier structures by means of generalized impedance approach permits to study important features of the structures for practical application.
As a result of research the PhD thesis has been delivered by Adamenko Yu.F. The subject of the thesis ” Filtering on the basis of apodized electromagnetic crystals”. Results of the research has been used in new course of lections at radioengineering faculty.
5 articles have been published, patent application was done. 14 students participated in the research, four master’s theses, 3 diploma theses have been presented as well as 3 bachelor’s theses.
