Summary: The aim of the work is to develop a control unit for data collection module of laser diagnostic system. The work consists of 5 sections. Existing methods and devices for diagnostic blood parameters. In the project was developed structural and electrical schematic diagram of the control unit and a trace of the PCB. The analysis of reliability, efficiency and adaptability of the control unit. The problems of health and safety in emergency situations was reviewed. Thesis completed in 67 pages containing 9 figures, 13 tables, 11 sources used, and 5 applications
