Summary: This work is presented in 93 pages, which contain 16 figures, 1 tables, 55 sources and 2 appendix. The aim of this project is to prepare theoretical data for microwave moisture meters and other bulk materials. The object of consideration is a device for determining the moisture content of grain, based on the use of cavity-method, using a computer. The subject of the work is to calculate the parameters of the resonator, and mathematical errors during measurements.
