Summary: The aim of this work is to develop a mathematical model of capacitive accelerometer. Object: capacitive accelerometer. Subject: modeling principle of capacitive accelerometer. The work consists of 6 chapters in which various types of accelerometers (such as beam, piezoelectric, thermal, tensoresistive) were examined, principle of work was analyzed, and the comparison leading manufacturers’ parameters of accelerometers was given. Mathematical models for two types of capacitive accelerometers were created. The problems of health and safety at work were considered. Thesis performed on 60 page containing 24 illustrations, 4 tables, 13 used sources and 2 applications.
