Summary: In the thesis work considered the methods of manufacturing electromagnetic crystals (EC), namely, milling and photolithography. Experimental studies by photolithography and milling, determine the accuracy of obtaining topological figure picture on materials firm Rogers and flan. Also in the paper studied the effect of geometrical parameters, namely, the width of the microstrip conductor on frequency response (frequency response). Modeling response of EC – devices in the software product Mathcad. Recommendations on making ЕС devices and ensuring human life in terms of production.
