Summary: Thesis: “Simulation of analog integrated circuits using the package MicroCap – 9″ includes: 79 pages, 23 figures, 16 tables and two appendices. The work is addressed to the following questions: Analysis of schematic solutions with current trends of microcircuitry; Developed schematics of analog integral circuit based on analysis; Created electronic models of developed analog microcircuits and its cascades using the package MicroCap – 9; Research the functioning of main parts and microcircuit in general and analysis of main parameters of developed microcircuit. As the initial in selected methods of analysis and calculations were taken Gummel-Pun transistor models.
