    Summary: The research paper developed by the laboratory stand for research of biological objects. Thesis is devoted to the topical issue of rapid analysis of large arrays with pathological deviations from the norm in a wide spread of ultrahazardous viral and infectious diseases. The paper analyzed the existing methods and devices that implement the determination of the parameters of biological objects to interact with them using laser radiation. Constructive and optical calculations and design developed by the laboratory stand. The work consists of four sections, a list of references and applications. The first section of the study carried out inspection of facilities that are used for diagnosis. The second section is devoted to the analysis of existing methods of laser diagnostics, shows the interaction of laser radiation with biological objects. The third section is designed experimental stand for laboratory studies of blood. The last section deals with the protection of labor. Work carried out on 68 pages, 17 illustrations are presented and 8 tables.

    Summary: Qualifying work on the topic “Electronic Base Of Qualifying Diploma Works” is performed on the 74 pages, which includes 29 illustrations, 3 tables, 3 appendixes and 1 bibliographic references. The aim of this work is to develop an electronic base of qualifying diploma works integrated with the site of Department of Design and Production of Radioelectronic Equipment for promulgation, public awareness with the content of qualifying works and prevention of an academic plagiarism. To achieve set purpose, peculiarities of database forming was analyzed in this paper, comparative characteristics of content controlling systems was performed, full conception of resources (including content, decoration, arrangement and theming) was designed, the selection of modules for providing set resource purposes was explained and electronic database in the shape of site was built.

    Summary: The aim of the degree project was designing emergency lighting. Developed schematic diagram of a qualitatively new functionality and calculated structural parameters of the device. Explanatory note consists of an introduction, eight chapters, conclusions, list of sources and applications that include the terms of reference, the specifications and a list of items to the drawings. Explanatory note containing 6-tables 25 faces and figures. Graphic material consists of a block diagram (A3) concept (A1), assembly drawings (A3) and the PCB (A2) of control unit, assembly drawings (A2) and the PCB (A2) of LED lamp. The results of this study can be used to improve existing emergency lighting or manufacturing application of the new device with the additional refinement of design and functionality.

    Summary: The diploma project was conducted to study the development of the complex thermal cooling of highly sensitive amplifier systems for radiometric measurement of weak signals; developed electronic circuit model design is developed with support of their design decisions. The given calculations confirming operability of the device and accuracy of carrying out measurements. The instruction on use of the model is developed. As a result of this work is made with a set of layout design documentation, which is confirmed by the introduction. The project developed the scheme using microcontroller ATMEGA32-16PU, based schemes conducted choose components. A printing unit and conducted design choices.     Summary: The aim of this graduation project is development of the generator based on direct digital synthesis. The project represents the generator’s scheme based on the integral DDS scheme; based on the scheme, the choice of the element basis was conducted. Also, the project contains the PCA (Principal component analysis) and the choice of construction option. All necessary calculations were conducted in order to confirm the efficiency of the device and accordance with all standards and statuary documents. Facts about the extent of explanatory note: Given generator can be applied in various laboratories of scientific research or service centers as the source of stable analog waves.

    Summary: The purpose of experimental design is to develop a device widely available to control room temperature, which will rationalize energy consumption in the winter. In the course of implementation of the task considered existing analogues of thermostats in Ukraine and analyzes these prototypes past years. During the review of previously proposed circuit solutions symistornyh regulators deeply processed all the important stages of development, production prototype, practical tests on the performance and functionality of simple transformations on circuit level. Also monitored process improvement and improve functional properties of the device based on the evolution of the components of electronic equipment. Features such improvements in the project used to improve ergonomics and versatility of the device and fixed by the corresponding calculations. In the process are using computer-aided design in accordance with recommendations of the relevant training course. There is results of the working in programs P-CAD, MathCad, AutoCad, MS Excel. The total amount of work is 73 pages, number of illustrations — 34, tables — 4, bibliographic items — 16.

    Summary: Im gegebenen Diplomprojekt war der Block der Fernsteuerung vom Servoantrieb nach dem Radiokanal entwickelt. Im Projekt ist die ausführliche Beschreibung des Schemas vorgestellt, einige berechnete kaum-Bullen Schemen und ist die Berechnung der Weite der Verbindung durchgeführt, sind Konstrukzion entwickelt. War die Elementbasis mit den Charakteristiken jedes Elementes gewählt. Im Verlauf der Entwicklung war die Berechnung der Umfänge der Druckzahlung, der Elemente der Druckmontage, der Trassierung der Zahlung, die Berechnung der Vibrationsfestigkeit der Konstruktion durchgeführt. Es war die Zuverlässigkeit der Konstruktion, die Berechnung der Trägheitskraft und der biegenden Momente, der Anstrengungen auch berechnet. Ausgehend von den Ergebnissen der Berechnung, war der Körper der Konstruktion gewählt.

    Summary: This work is presented in 86 pages, which contain 38 figures, 4 tables, 18 sources and 1 appendix. The aim of the thesis is the theoretical data inference for a dryer. The principle of the machine is based on the use of microwave electromagnetic field. We consider the optimal variant of the SHF dryer using low-to medium-power magnetrons (SHF energy generator), as well as individual units that make up the device. The subject is to calculate the distribution of electromagnetic field on the basis of absorption and phase of the reflected wave at bilateral irradiation by SHF electromagnetic field.

    Summary: Development of block stabilizers preamplifier power was conducted in this diploma project. The electronic circuit of devices was developed in work, development of construction of device is conducted with motivation expedience of the accepted decisions of designers. A reliability security, capacity and technologicalness of block stabilizers analysis is resulted. A work performance is a set of designer document, necessary for making of device in practice.     Summary: Diploma project consists of 49 pages and contains 16 figures, 2 tables, 24 reference and 3 appendixes. The aim of the project is developing of experimental stand for researching of bulk dielectric materials drying with electromagnetic microwave field and optimization of the main parameters of the processing chamber. The calculation and optimization of the parameters such as thickness of the processing chamber, in which grain material irradiation occur, and distance between the processing chamber and adjacent polarizing reflector, which will ensure the maximum value of uniformity of the field distribution. The design documentation, including drawings on the radiator assembly and individual parts: waveguide, slotted plate and mounting plate, electrical circuit for magnetrons supplying unit, is developed.
