The aim of this project is to find the way to determine the value of a variable amperage and voltage with minimal size and reading this value by microcontroller for further processing, such as for transmission over the air for processing, storage and output in a user friendly manner. To address this goal was examined existing methods for determining the required quantities, advantages and disadvantages of each of them, usability and other factors which very significantly influence the final choice of the way.

Summary: The degree project consists of an explanatory note on 71 pages, contains 17 illustrations, 22 tables, 10 drawings, 21 link, 2 appendices. The aim of the project is development of a device for digital-processing the original analog signal from high sensitive radiometric system (RS), and output processing information on the PC screen that extends the functionality and improves the metrological characteristics of the RS. Were made assessment of the existing technical solutions for such equipment and decided to construct device without unnecessary for us functionality. To do this, we developed a block diagram, and electrical circuit. For the developed scheme we selected optimal component database. Based on these data, we developed the PCB in the Altium Designer Summer 09. Also developed a case for our device. The result is a much cheaper and more accurate device than considered analogues at the expense of cutting functionality. The developed device can be used in conjunction with any system where you need to measure the constant component of the signal within 0 – 5V.

The result of this work is design documentation. The developed device can be used to assess the quality of artificial light sources, namely, the ripple factor.

The aim of the thesis is to develop a modified simplex method of Nelder Mead algorithm and investigate the modifications using the set of functions of varying complexity. The thesis includes the analyzes of existing methods of optimization of order zero. The Neldera and Mead algorithm is investigated, its advantages and disadvantages are described. The algorithm Neldera and Mead is described. The modified algorithm was developed and described. The program for the graphical display of methods using C # programming language and technology of Windows Forms is described. A research of the modified method by the example of the five functions of varying complexity is completed. The results, which reflect the efficiency of the developed modifications are displeyed.
