Relevance of the topic. In the analysis of algorithms optimal for a given task
using modern frameworks, which will provide an increase in productivity.
The aim of the study is the need to create a network application for the
search and geocoding of the optimal path.
To accomplish this goal, the following research objectives were formulated:
to investigate the subject area of a typical solution for constructing an optimal
route; create a mathematical model of existing TSP algorithms with a description
of their advantages and disadvantages; Develop a network application using
modern programming languages and frameworks.
The object of the research is geocoding, route construction, customer and
server telecommunications.
Subject of research is geocoding, route construction, customer and server
telecommunications.
Research methods: is solving problems of work, the following methods were
used: mathematical modeling of TSP algorithms, programming of Intellij
environments using Java 8, Junit testing.
Scientific novelty of the obtained results. The scientific novelty is to
develop a methodology for optimizing TSP calculation and client
telecommunications with the server through TCP / IP and HTTP protocols.
The practical value of the results obtained is expressed in the potential
for further development and commercialization of the application.

Анотація: Актуальність теми дослідження. Протягом останніх десятиліть
інформаційні та комунікаційні технології намагалися постійно збільшувати
кількість інтернет-пристроїв. Окрім традиційних комп’ютерів та мобільних
пристроїв, — це пристрої, що варіюються від домашньої або побутової
техніки, промислового обладнання та автоматики, охорони здоров’я,
транспорту, енергії, будівель, міст та людей. Додавання інших девайсів, які
традиційно були поза мережею інтернет, стало можливим завдяки
технологічному прогресу за допомогою обладнання та нового програмного
забезпечення. Розроблюване архітектурне рішення полегшить розробку нових
систем та мереж інтернету речей.
Мета та завдання. Метою МД є уніфікація архітектурного рішення для
інтернету речей, що буде використано кінцевим користувачем.
Об’єкт та предмет роботи. Об’єктом робти є архітектурне рішення.
Предметом виступає уніфікація системи інтернету речей.
Наукова новизна одержаних результатів: проведена уніфікація
архітектурного рішення, що дозволяє використання такого для побудови
проектів різного призначення та інтеграції з існуючими.
Практичне значення одержаних результатів: уніфікована система
спрощує створення систем інтернету речей для розробників та дозволяє просту
інтеграцію з існучими такими системами.

Анотація: Метою розроби КСЗІ є впровадження заходів та засобів, які реалізують
способи, методи, механізми захисту інформації від:
– витоку технічними каналами, до яких відносяться канали побічних
електромагнітних випромінювань і наведень, акустоелектричні та інші канали;
– несанкціонованих дій та несанкціонованого доступу до інформації, що
можуть здійснюватися шляхом підключення до апаратури та ліній зв’язку,
маскування під зареєстрованого користувача, подолання заходів захисту з
метою використання інформації або нав’язування хибної інформації,
застосування закладних пристроїв чи програм, використання комп’ютерних
антивірусів та ін.;
– спеціального впливу на інформацію, який може здійснюватися
шляхом формування полів і сигналів з метою порушення цілісності інформації
або руйнування системи захисту.
Комплексна система захисту інформації надає загальну характеристика
автоматизованої системи установи і умов її функціонування. Метою
комплексної системи захисту інформації є формування моделі загроз

інформації та моделі порушника об’єкта інформаційної діяльності, розробка
політики безпеки та системи документів з забезпечення захисту інформації.

Summary: Relevance of the topic. Existing systems of fire alarm systems and fire detectors are
basically based on an outdated discrete element base, while having a significant cost.
The projected product uses flexible adaptive algorithms to decide on the presence of
an outbreak. Detectors of the system favorably distinguishes from other analogues the
presence of a combined sensor system.
In the detector, along with the measurement of temperature, there is a change in the
illumination of the signals of two sensors of illumination.
Object of research: The purpose of the work is to study the factors of factors that
indentify the process of extinction.
To accomplish this goal, the following research objectives were formulated, which
determined the logic of the research and its structure: to develop a software model and
imagine its functioning.
Subject of research: Methods of analysis of combustion control factor.
Research methods: Intelligent ignition diagnostics.
Scientific novelty of the obtained results. When solving problems of work, the
following methods were used: software programming for programming languages C,
computer simulation in Micro Cap environment.
The practical value of the results of the work is to create the hardware and software.

Summary: The acuity of work is stipulated by the need to improve the structural and electrical parameters of microstrip stups structures and devices based on them, considering regular growing requirements to radiotechnicals systems where they are used.
The purpose of research is simulation of microstrip capacitive stubs structures, to improve their electrical properties.
Tasks of the research:
1. To develop a one-dimensional model of the line of transmission with a stub, taking into account the stub T-connection in the software package Mathcad.
2. To develop 3D model structures in the software package CST Microwave Studio. To perform a comparison of the results of one- and thridimensional modeling. To establish the peculiarities of the parasitic induction of microstrip T-connection from the structural parameters of the plume.
Object of research — two- and three-dimensional modeling of the capacitive stubs structure.
Subject of research — modeling, characteristics and properties of the capaci-tive stubs structure.
Scientific novelty of work:
1. The dependence of the parasitic inductance of the microstrip T-connection on the structural parameters of the stub is established.
2. A one-dimensional model for stub connection is proposed.
3. The peculiarities of capacitance dependence on frequency for microstrip capacitive section and capacitive stub are established.

Summary: Relevance of the topic. In the process to increased requirements for the quality and competitiveness of products, the role of non-destructive testing methods is increasing. The presence of a large number of factories and factories where welding compounds of low carbon steels are made requires the development of equipment and automation of quality control processes. The quality control of products at an enterprise is an important task, which is why the development of an ultrasonic flaw detector is urgent.
The aim of the study The aim of the work is to analyze existing methods of non-destructive testing of defects in materials, to study the process of propagation of acoustic waves in low-carbon steels. Development of ultrasonic defectoscopy device with improved defect detection characteristics. To achieve this goal, the following tasks need to be addressed:
a) develop the design of an ultrasonic flaw detector with the use of a modern elemental base;
b) to carry out the mathematical modeling of the ultrasonic flaw detector;
c) analyze the results of the simulation and draw conclusions;
d) to design the device of ultrasonic control;
e) submit materials for the report on the student's scientific
e) conference "Information Society: Technological, Economic and Technical Aspects of Formation" (Issue 32);
g) to report on the master dissertation results.

The optimal method of photoplethysmogram processing

Анотація: Актуальність теми зумовлена поширенням та популяризації носимих пристроїв, які відміну від холтерів не потребує значних матеріальних витрат.
Метою роботи розробити метод, який об’єднює в собі найкращі методи обробки сигналу фотоплетизмограми для подальшого аналізу з точки зору варіабельності серцевого ритму для первинного діагностування деяких видів аритмій.
Для досягнення поставленої мети розв’язуються такі завдання: провести аналітичний огляд природи сигналу фотоплетизмограми, параметрів варіабельності серцевого ритму для визначення їх спроможності у виявленні аритмій серця; дослідження програмної фільтрації сигналу фотоплетизмограми та вибір оптимального методу фільтрації; розробити математичну модель для знаходження ключових точок сигналу та фільтрації РР-інтервалів; дослідження математичної моделі параметрів варіабельності серцевого ритму; провести експериментальні дослідження для перевірки алгоритму; за результатами експериментальних даних оцінити можливість застосування методу для визначення деяких видів аритмій.
Об’єктом дослідження є сигнал фотоплетизмограми.
Предметом дослідження є параметри варіабельності серцевого ритму.
Методами дослідження є методи математичного аналізу – для розроблення моделі, та математичної статистики – для обробки результатів вимірювань; методи обробки сигналу для досліджень варіабельності серцевого ритму.
Наукова новизна роботи полягає у тому, що було запропоновано інструмент для швидкого, зручного та економічного визначення наявності аритмій у паціентів без використання складного та дорого обладнання (носимих кардіографів для добового моніторингу серцевого ритму – холтерів, що коштують десятки тисяч гривень).
Практичне значення одержаних результатів. Запропонований метод,  може бути покладений в основу обробки сигналу фотоплетизмограми та дослідження стану людини за допомогою зняття фотоплетизмограми. Такі засоби, зокрема, можуть бути використані в програмному забезпечені для носимих пристроїв с датчиком для зняття фотоплетизмограми, медицині.

Анотація: Актуальність обумовлена потребою зручного, дистанційного і стабільного моніторингу рівня цукру у крові людини.
Наукова новизна. Запропоновано метод прогнозування рівня глюкози і часу наступу екстремальних значень рівня (гіперклікімія та гіпоклікомія) методи обробки даних з глюкометру для безперервного моніторингу рівня глюкози у крові людини.
Завданням роботи є прогнозування рівня глюкози і вибір оптимального, серед представлених, методу обробки великих об’ємів даних отриманих з глюкометра .
Об’єктом дослідження неінвазивний глюкометр з програмною обробкою його вихідних даних.
Предмет дослідження — прогнозування і методи обробки, представлення даних знятих з глюкометра.
Для досягнення мети магістерської дисертації поставлено такі завдання: огляд сучасних неінвазивних глюкометрів та; аналітичний огляд парадигм по розробці ПЗ; розробка програмного забезпечення (ПЗ) мобільного пристрою; дослідження методів по обробці даних; прогнозування рівня глюкози у крові людини.

Анотація: Метою магістерської дисертації (МД) є реалізація вимірювання абсолютних
значень АТ компактним пристроєм моніторингу.
Для досягнення поставленої мети необхідно виконати такі задачі:
— розробка концепції збору інформації про АТ людини;
— розробка конструкції сенсора моніторингу АТ;
— математичне моделювання першої складової (ПЕ актуатор) запропонова-
ного давача АТ в середовищі MATLAB;
— математичне моделювання другої складової (тензорезистивний сенсор) за-
пропонованого давача АТ в середовищі MATLAB. Аналіз схем ввімкнення сенсо-
рів;
— аналіз результатів моделювання, висновки та рекомендації;
— проектування компактного пристрою вимірювання АТ середовищі
SolidWorks;
— патентні дослідження, оформлення матеріалів для отримання патен-ту на
корисну модель;
— оформлення матеріалів для участі у Sikorsky Challenge. Результати МД до-
повісти на конференції РТПСАС, на науковому семінарі та підготувати статтю для
журналу «Вісник НТУУ «КПІ». Серія Радіо-техніка, Радіоапаратобудування».

Summary: Topicality of the topic: ultrasound diagnosis of the thyroid gland is used to
determine the abnormal function and the definition of tumors in the tissue.
Improving the quality of diagnostics can be achieved by using the optimal
parameters of the ultrasound sensor.
Relationship of work with scientific programs: the master's dissertation
was performed within the framework of the planned topics of the Chair of
KIVRA.
The purpose of the study: to improve the quality of diagnosis of thyroid
diseases with the help of two-dimensional sound research.
The object of research: an emitter and a sensor of ultrasonic oscillations (a
piezoelectric transducer) for the diagnosis of the thyroid gland.
Subject of research: parameters and characteristics of the transducers.
Research methods:. mathematical and computer simulation.
Scientific novelty of the obtained results: improvement of the acoustic
parameters of the sensor for improving the quality of ultrasound diagnostics.

Summary: The urgency of the topic is determined by the active development of wireless technology for the transmission of information and the need for research.
The purpose of this work is the study of the possibility of applying a compensatory modulation radiometric method to determine the bandwidth of the channel of the centimeter range.
To achieve this goal, the following tasks are solved: to conduct an analytical review of information sources on the topic of the dissertation; to explore the possibility of using the compensation-modulation method to determine the bandwidth of the сm-band channel; to develop a compensation-modulation method for determining the bandwidth of the radio channel cm-range; carry out an experimental verification of the developed method.
The object of research is the radio channel of the сm-band of wavelengths.
The subject is the bandwidth of the radio channel сm-band.

The use of microprocessor technologies will open up new opportunities in the study of the state of pulp tooth.

To achieve this goal, the following tasks are solved: research of the positioning concept of crew members; architecture development of the complex; work simulation of the software and hardware complex; improvement of the complex architecture, based on the results of research; development of software component of the complex; integration of the developed algorithm in the algorithms of the yacht; creating a user interface.

The practical value of the results. The architecture of the proposed complex allows to carry out effective automated search and rescue actions in the event of the loss of a crew member outside the yacht under extreme conditions, in contrast to the non-able-bodied similar solutions, in most cases.

Summary: Relevance of the topic: Shielding of ultrahigh frequency electromagnetic interference fields is an important task of physical protection and electromagnetic compatibility improvement in radio electronic devices.
Research purpose: the defining of materials the best to use in electromagnetic shields for ultrahigh frequency interferences rejecting.
Object of research: electromagnetic shields.
Subject of research: shielding efficiency with shielding factor estimation.
Scientific novelty: scientific novelty lies in improving the efficiency of equipment shielding from electromagnetic ultrahigh frequency interferences. It is doing by constructing the shields as three layers of different types of metals (magnetic and non-magnetic), when the intermediate layer is magnetic and the boundary layers are non-magnetic. Furthermore, the three-layer shield greatly increases the shielding factor by raising the mechanism of efficiency by reflection of the electromagnetic wave from layer boundaries.

Subject of research – parameters and characteristics of a laser vibrometer.
The aim of the work is to develop a laser vibrometer for the study of aircraft engines at pre-flight testing and experimental studies.
Method of research – work with scientific and technical literature, creation of a mathematical model of vibrometer.
Existing methods of measuring vibration and in more detail theoretical bases of laser vibrometry, possibilities and features of laser vibrometer construction are considered.
As a result of the work, a mathematical model of a laser Doppler vibrometer, a structural diagram of a laser vibrometer was developed, and a model of an automated system of laser measurement of vibration of an aircraft engine was proposed, which allows us to construct a color dependence of the vibration level on a three-dimensional model of an airplane engine.
On the topic of the master's dissertation, theses were published in the framework of the student's scientific seminar "Scientific developments of RTF 2018" entitled "Contactless Doppler Vibration Measurement for the Study of Aircraft Engines".

The object of the study is a meteorological station with the option of determining the dustiness index.
The subject of the study is the dependence of the maximum concentration of the pollutant and the distance at which it is achieved, on the measurements of impurities and wind speed.

Scientific novelty of the obtained results. The results show the characteristics of the battery charge based on the developed algorithm of balancing, due to which it is possible to create a battery with a large number of cells, which will be evenly balanced after the charge, with each cell will have a simple control circuit.
The practical value of the results obtained is the ability to compare the charging time spent on the battery with different precision circuitry for recharging. But assess the feasibility of using more accurate recharge control schemes.

To accomplish this goal, the following research objectives were formulated, which determined the logic of the research and its structure: investigate the methods of calculating the temperature in the blocks of the REA; to create algorithm of optimization of placement of cells in the REA block.
Object of research: temperature of the block of radio electronic equipment.
Subject of research: the influence of the placement of cells on the temperature field of the block.
Research methods: The following methods were used to solve problems: simulation of computer simulation of thermal processes in the system of automated design of SolidWorks Flow Simulation, validation of the algorithm using SolidWorks.
Scientific novelty of the obtained results. The scientific novelty is to develop a method for optimizing the temperature of the REA block, and an algorithm is developed that can increase the reliability of the REA block.
The practical value of the results obtained is to create an optimization algorithm for placement of cells, which can be used to develop more reliable designs of REA.

The subject of the study is the dependence of the data of temperature sensors, pressure, acceleration from the position of the apparatus in space.
In order to solve the problem, the existing methods of determining the given parameters were examined. According to the results of the analysis of the market participants of the devices that perform the analysis of model movement, deficiencies were identified in their structures, namely the high price and complexity of service.
As a result of consideration of possible ways of conducting the analysis of motion and removal of measurements of pressure and temperature sensors, their disadvantages and advantages, a structural scheme was developed, on the basis of which an electric circuit diagram of the analyzer was created.
After selecting the element base, calculating the power supply and the ro-work of the first prototype, the performance of the device was confirmed.
The developed device was placed in a rocket for the analysis of the work of pressure gauges and accelerating during the flight layout.

– development of the concept of processing the audio signal;
– mathematical and computer simulation of a sound signal before and after processing;
– analysis of modeling results;
– designing a compact audio recording device;

Summary: Relevance of the topic. In the process of transmitting a video, there is always a lack of bandwidth resources, the optimization of the process for better reception by the user.
The aim of the study. The aim of the work is to optimize the transmission of video signals using the latest technology.
To accomplish this goal, the following research objectives were formulated, which determined the logic of the research and its structure: to study the methods of transmission of video signals of different standards; create a programmatic transmission model and, with the help of modern programming language, develop optimization of this process;
Object of research: quality of the video signal from the user.
Subject of research: video quality indicators.
Research methods: The following methods were used to solve problems: software modeling of LTE network in LTE–SIM software, computer modeling on the basis of open–source libraries FFMpeg.
Scientific novelty of the obtained results. The scientific novelty lies in the method of video transmission, which differs from other methods by the standard of transmission and the standard video encoding.
The practical value of the results obtained is to create a software that can transmit the video stream HEVC over the Internet.

For the reali-zation of the delivered goal, the following research objectives have been formed: the development of the algorithm for the search for the extremum of the function with fixation of its increment, the study of the effectiveness of the developed algo-rithm by an example of optimization of functions.
Object of research — algorithm for the method of searching for an extremum of a function with fixation of its increment.
Subject of research — the efficiency of the search for the extremum of the function using the fixation of its increment.
Methods of research: methods of computer modeling – in the study of the effectiveness of the algorithm-rhythm.
Scientific novelty of the obtained results. The most significant scientific results of the Master's thesis are: reducing the number of rosters, though not for all types of functions, and increasing the accuracy of the obtained values of the extremums of functions. The developed method for test functions has a gain 3 times before the method of the fastest descent.
The practical value of the obtained results: the algorithm of the new method of searching for the extremum of functions using the increment of functions is developed. The comparative results of calculations of the developed method with the method of the fastest descent are offered.

In order to achieve this goal, the following research objectives were formulated, which determined the logic of the research and its structure. Investigate temperature regimes in SCM using special software. Development of the hardware for connecting the DP to the computer and a virtual device for measuring the temperature on the DP.
The object of the study is the temperature of the electric print structure on SCM.
The subject of research is the methods of determining the temperature in SCM
Research Methods: LabVIEW Designed in the Software Environment. Method of study of temperature regimes on printed circuit boards using TermoAss2015 and TempPlat2015 programs.
Scientific novelty of the obtained results. The hardware part for the ability to connect the printed circuit board to the computer is simulated. A virtual device for temperature processing was developed and comparable results with studies conducted with the help of special software.

The main cause of failure of lead-acid batteries is sulfation of the plates. It is believed that this is a natural process of aging of the battery. However, the last decade argued that the sulfation is reversed, if you apply the battery to pulses of a specific shape.
The paper presents the behavior of battery during the restore pulse currents. Described electrochemical processes are going on. The proposed method of diagnostics of a condition of the battery, the form of perculiar pulse desulfator device and the direction of further studies of recovery of lead-acid batteries pulse method. Recommendations for the design desulfator.
The research can be used at service stations, factories to produce batteries and car owners.

Summary: The object of the study is electromagnetic crystal heterogeneity.
The subject of research is the synthesis of electromagnetic crystals by artificial neural network.
The purpose of the work is to study the possibility of using artificial neural networks to create the structure of electromagnetic crystal heterogeneities and to confirm this possibility in practice.
The theoretical foundations of electromagnetic crystals, artificial neural networks, possibilities and peculiarities of their construction on a computer are considered, existing solutions for simplification and automation of this process are considered.
As a result of the work, models of the artificial neural network for individual heterogeneities have been developed, which allow obtaining geometric sizes of structures according to the desired frequency characteristics. The work of these models is checked.
The results of the master's thesis will become the basis for further research in the direction of synthesis of structures of frequency-selective devices based on electromagnetic crystals according to the given characteristics with the help of artificial neural networks.

Measuring the speed of sound in liquids

Summary: Subject matter of the study – liquids. Scope of the study – the speed of sound in liquids. Objective of the study – to modify pulse method with the ability to obtain data on the speed of sound in terms of strong acoustic interference. The first chapter of master’s degree work covers the importance of a priori knowledge of the speed of sound in liquids, as well as the basic methods of measurement. The multifrequency pulse method for measurement of the speed of sound in liquids was proposed. The objective and tasks of the study were formulated. The possibility of using piezoelectric circular ring transducers for both thickness and flexural vibration forms was shown based on the results of mathematical modeling in the second chapter of the work. Mathematical modeling of the distribution of sound pressure in the measuring chamber showed that adequate measurement results may be obtained only in case of flat wave front. As a result of mathematical modeling, the expression for calculation of the critical radius of measuring chamber was acquired. The requirements for individual functional units of the measurer of the speed of sound were presented in the third chapter of master’s degree work. The modeling and design of the measurer units were performed. The model sample of measurer of the speed of sound in liquids that implements the multi-pulse method was manufactured. The measured values of the speed of sound in liquids, which match the reference values with sufficient accuracy, were shown in the fourth chapter of the work. The expediency of the measurements using frequencies below the critical frequency of thickness resonance of the piezoelectric transducer was proved. The potentiality of the proposed method of measurement of the speed of sound in terms of interference concentrated in spectrum was shown.

Subject of research — narrowband filters based on EC-inhomogeneities. Purpose of work — the usage of three-dimensional electromagnetocrystalline inhomogeneities in the structure of narrowband filters of Wi-Fi range. Research methods — the method of nonuniform transmission line, the method of finite integrals. In our work we analyzed such aspects as the traditional and modern microstrip solutions that improve the characteristics of frequency-selective microstrip devices, including the inhomogeneity in the ground layer (defected ground structure, DGS) and the conductor layer (defected microstrip structure, DMS). Special attention was paid to periodic microstrip radio structures. We also examined the building of the narrow-band filters based on these technologies. In our research we carried out the analysis of Wi-Fi technology and requirements for the filters construction in this range according to the international standards and typical analogs of Wi-Fi range filters. A single and three-dimensional computer models of narrow band filters based on Fabry-Pero models using EC-inhomogeneities were devised and their properties in a number of computer experiments were investigated. We analyzed the impact of the dependence of the effective dielectric constant of the material basis on the filter characteristics and showed the importance of its incorporation. The impact on the raid phases during races impedances in the structures of EC-filters was also studied and taken into consideration. The results can be used for the further scientific research and educational process in educational institutions of Ukraine.

Analysis of electromagnetic fields diffuser with fractal geometry indoors

In the master’s dissertation printed circuits and devices considered as diffusers of fractal geometry. A model сonductors PCB antenna structure as random stochastic fractal dendritic type. Made by modeling electrodynamic systems devices approximation of thin conductors and flat screens that take into account the calculation of the surface current induced excitation leading to cell model. As a mathematical basis is the method of integral equations written on the surface current density in conductors and conductive thin screens. The investigation of fractal antennas range from 2 to 18 GHz, which show that their work area frequency bandwidth is interleaved and relaxation. Bandwidth increases with increasing operating frequency of the antenna. In bandwidth excited some local areas active surface fractal antenna. The size and location of these areas depend on the frequency of the probe signal. Fractal antenna in certain frequency bands can provide enough high gain. Experimentally confirmed that the circuit boards in evaluating their EMC can be considered as fractal fertilizer.

Summary: Urgency. Ukrainian is the state language and mother tongue of our people. One of the important components of language is intonation. It conveys the meaning of speech, expresses the attitude of the speaker to what is said, and provides emotional expression values play an important role in speech and at the same time is less explored. Research conducted intonation philologists, linguists. They describe its characteristics and types, such as ascending or descending intonation, but from a technical point of view, these descriptions are no specifics, so it is important to study the characteristics of the speech signal tone and their descriptions to provide measurement capabilities. The purpose and objectives of research. The aim of this work is to study the characteristics of the speech signal tone, methods of analysis of these characteristics and their description of this method to provide design values with which you can be granted a more accurate description of intonation. Object is Ukrainian intonation of speech that is written in the speech signal. The subject of the study is the frequency of the fundamental tone of the speech signal, spectrogram and its intensity. Methods. We study the characteristics of the speech signal, frequency spectrogram basic tone and speech signals. Study occur when changing the tone, its types: smooth, interrogative and such that speech gives a negative value. Its parameters: frequency of basic tone, spectrogram, intensity. Scientific novelty of the results of the master’s thesis is as follows: 1. The dependence of the fundamental tone frequency, intensity and spectrogram signal related to the Ukrainian intonation of speech. 2. Made mathematical calculation frequency change basic tone signal. The practical significance. Mathematical calculation frequency change basic tone will more accurately describe the speech signals when examined intonation to help better understand the dependence of the frequency of the fundamental tone of tone and intonation better establish links with such characteristics as spectrogram and signal intensity. Summary: A research object is a methods of transmission of picture and sound signals in systems of digital TV broadcasting. Research was carried out by using of materials, which were written by native and foreign scientists for a few last years. Systematized the impact of individual processes the signal image and sound quality of reproduction in the subscriber terminal. Try playing as a comparative depending on the parameters of image compression applied during the transmission of digital television signals, obtained experimental dependences that establish the link between subjective and objective methods of evaluating image quality of digital television. The results can be used in the educational process of training and retraining in the field of television broadcasting and transmission of digital multimedia content by means of telecommunications networks. Results can also be used during the planning and building and operation of digital television broadcasting networks.

Summary: This thesis is devoted to the topical issue of laser diagnostics, namely to the speckle interferometry. The aim of this paper is the necessity for preliminary statistical analysis during the comprehensive diagnostic studies of blood formed elements characteristics under normal and pathological conditions. The work itself consists of four chapters, a list of references and appendix. In the first chapter the functions of blood, its formed elements, their size and functions are described. The second chapter provides the general characteristics of lasers and their application in medicine. The third chapter highlights the biophysical characteristics of blood cells and their processing in Matlab. The fourth chapter deals with the problems of professional safety when using the device. The volume of work is 76 pages including 17 illustrations, 8 tables, an appendix and 15 references.

Summary: The work is to identify the tell-tale signs of secondary semiconductor LDCs in order to increase efficiency of nonlinear radar to search for eavesdropping devices in the field of technical protection of information. The study involved secondary analysis of tell-tale signs of internal effects in semiconductor structures LDCs during the relatively strong nonlinear probing signal radar. The aim of the thesis is to study the response of a nonlinear lens structure to ensuring the effective identification of the latter. Implementation of the operation in practice of technical protection of information has practical and scientific value and increases the efficiency of the installation, identification and localization of eavesdropping devices means nonlinear radar. Based on materials dissertation published 1 scientific work on “Over-securing remote detection of objects in nonlinear radar”. Summary: In this work examined the physiological parameters of fetal electrocardiogram and mother. The methods of diagnosis of the fetal heart and the existing definition of the parameters of the electrocardiogram. Propose a method of daily fetal monitoring that allows registration of the electrocardiogram of the fetus during the day, and the algorithm to extract fetal electrocardiogram signals from a mixture taken with abdominal findings. Investigated the method of blind source separation for extraction of the fetal electrocardiogram. The study simulated electrocardiogram signals the mother and fetus, which had suffered random noise, for further processing. A result of testing and calculation of error proved that the method of blind source separation gives better accuracy than adaptive.
