Summary: The work is to identify the tell-tale signs of secondary semiconductor LDCs in order to increase efficiency of nonlinear radar to search for eavesdropping devices in the field of technical protection of information. The study involved secondary analysis of tell-tale signs of internal effects in semiconductor structures LDCs during the relatively strong nonlinear probing signal radar. The aim of the thesis is to study the response of a nonlinear lens structure to ensuring the effective identification of the latter. Implementation of the operation in practice of technical protection of information has practical and scientific value and increases the efficiency of the installation, identification and localization of eavesdropping devices means nonlinear radar. Based on materials dissertation published 1 scientific work on “Over-securing remote detection of objects in nonlinear radar”. Master’s thesis consists of an introduction, three chapters, conclusion and bibliography. The work contains 120 pages, 27 figures and 7 tables. References includes 45 titles.
