Summary: Topicality of the topic: the relevance of automotive parking radar in the present conditions is objectively increasing. One of the reasons is the massive increase in the number of cars, especially in large cities, which leads to difficulties during parking in a fairly dense zone. Unfortunately, for today, not all cars equipped with parking radars in standard equipment. There is a need for additional purchase and installation of parktronic. The development and research of the parameters of the parking radar is devoted to this dissertation.The work is related to the scientific programs of the Department of KIVA.The purpose of the master’s dissertation is to expand the functionality, simplify and reduce the cost of a parking radar.The object of the study is a parking radar based on Arduino microcontroller.The subject of the study is the design and characteristics of the device.Scientific novelty: the scientific and technical idea of the implementation of a parking radar on the basis of the hardware and software platform Arduino.As a result of the study, a layout of a parking radar with battery life was obtained.
