Summary: The acuity of work — is determined by the tendency of increasing the quantity and quality of services, which requires in such conditions of effective filtration, one of the directions is the simulation of crystal shapes or DGS, DMS structures.
Object of research — the filters are made on the basis of crystal-like and microstrip structures.
Subject of research — characteristics of filters: amplitude-frequency characteristic, bandwidth, attenuation, resonance frequency, central frequency.
The purpose — of the work is three-dimensional modeling of filters based on crystal-like and microstrip structures.
The research tasks — are simulation of modern structures used in the microwave frequency range, and have rather effective filter characteristics. Consideration of general methods of filter modeling and calculations of their design parameters. For a crystalline structure consisting of 6 periodic high-and low-impedance inhomogeneities, investigate the distributions of the absolute value of the intensity of electric and magnetic fields in the average cross-section of the base in a three-dimensional design environment.
Scientific novelty of work — is determined by the obtained characteristics of three-dimensional structures and their comparison with traditional ones based on microstrip heterogeneities.
